The bathroom (bath/shower) and the kitchen are functional; the living area is cozy and pleasurable. There is even a piano! In the summertime, you will enjoy a court (20m²) in front of the house. Entrance: The living area and the kitchen are in the ground floor while the bedrooms and the bathroom are in the first stair, with access through a circular staircase.\nThe neighborhood: Staying in the neighborhood, next to the Canal, you will live in a multicultural quarter with worldwide inhabitants. You will also enjoy great grocery stores. Two minutes away, you will reach the canal that has undergone many urban projects and which sides are filled with bars and brasseries. The tenant advises you to try the Bistrot du Canal.At a 10 minutes' walk, you will reach Saint-Catherine Place, very nice place and ancient Brussels Port.
