The bathroom (bath/shower) and the kitchen are functional; the living area is cozy and pleasurable. There is even a piano! In the summertime, you will enjoy a court (20m²) in front of the house. Entrance: The living area and the kitchen are in the ground floor while the bedrooms and the bathroom are in the first stair, with access through a circular staircase.\nThe neighborhood: Staying in the neighborhood, next to the Canal, you will live in a multicultural quarter with worldwide inhabitants.
